Senior Executives
We regularly represent senior executives, directors, founders, entrepreneurs and investment professionals. We have significant experience of negotiating service agreements/employment contracts, incentive arrangements and exit packages. We also regularly help individuals in these positions relocate to the UK.
We also represent senior executives in investigations and disputes, as well as matters involving the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
When transactions arise, particularly involving VC or private equity investment, we are able to draw on our expertise in this area to assist management teams and senior executives.
Businesses
We provide day-to-day advice to all types of employers, including those without their own specialist HR teams, on a wide spectrum of employment law issues.
We plan and manage workplace projects and investigations, resolve workplace disputes, and support businesses to protect confidential information and enforce post-termination restrictions.
We provide transactional support and regularly advise on the automatic transfer of employment rules (TUPE) in corporate and real estate transactions. We have considerable cross-border transactional experience and work frequently with lawyers internationally.
