Natasha Hassall, Private Wealth Partner, Boodle Hatfield

Natasha advises on long term estate planning, handling both onshore and offshore trusts, tax planning and wills.

She is very experienced in dealing with large landed estates, including heritage property issues. She is experienced in advising on complicated trusts; addressing long-term asset preservation and devolution questions; and capital tax planning.

She also advises families based outside the UK and UK resident members of wealthy foreign families.

Natasha is a member of the firm’s Art Law & More team and advises owners and trustees on heritage property issues, including  around substantial art collections. She has expertise in succession planning, conditional exemption and gifts in lieu, as well as chattel rental and general tax advice in relation to art and estate planning, such as IHT and CGT.
