The ninth edition of the guide, published on 18 July, has ranked Boodle Hatfield in the top band of firms for Arts & Cultural Property Law, Family Offices & Funds Structuring, Private Wealth Disputes, Private Wealth Law: Oxford, and Real Estate: High Value Residential Property. The industry-respected guide recognised the firm’s breadth across the Private Wealth specialisms with strong rankings continuing in the Family and Private Wealth: London categories.
This year the guide also commended 23 of the firm’s lawyers as ‘Ranked Individuals’, which acknowledges our growing pool of talent at the firm and unparalleled expertise in the HNW market. Amongst the lawyers listed we saw nine of our experts achieve new positions in the table.
The 2024 guide describes Boodle Hatfield as a ‘powerhouse’ commending its ability to offer a ‘first-class’ ‘Rolls Royce service’ with ‘a personal touch’ that is noted to be in ‘a different league’ to its peers. The lawyers are noted for their ‘capabilities in untangling complex issues’ with ‘easy to digest’ and ‘nuanced advice’ and ‘outside the box’ thinking. Praise is given for the firm’s ‘deep knowledge’ and ‘sophistication’ in international mandates, as well as acknowledgement of its ‘strength in the practice and procedure of the Court of Protection’.
The news follows the announcement that Boodle Hatfield is a finalist in a trio of categories at the STEP Private Client Awards 2024. The firm has been recognised for the last eight years in the STEP Private Client Awards, most recently named ‘International Legal Team of the Year’ & ‘Family Business Advisory Practice of the Year’ for 2023.
