We are currently recruiting for an Associate to join our Employment team. The role is to help grow our existing Employment offering which sits within our Corporate department. The team currently consists of one Partner and one Associate, the individual in this role will work closely with both members of the team together with all practice areas at the firm.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of employment transactions whilst working with a variety of clients. You will also be expected to help raise the profile of the employment practice and lead on business development initiatives.

The role involves supporting the Commercial Litigation team, with some focus on art litigation. Key responsibilities include handling contractual disputes, corporate disputes, misrepresentation claims, professional negligence, cross-border disputes, fraud, and asset tracing.

Risk and Compliance – Senior Analyst
We are currently recruiting for a Senior Risk and Compliance Analyst to join our growing Compliance team. This is a varied role enabling the individual to demonstrate and develop their skills and experience across Risk and Compliance.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Risk and Compliance Manager and other team members to help ensure that the firm complies with relevant regulations, particularly in relation to new client and matter take-on procedures. The ideal candidate will already have extensive AML experience, specifically risk assessment, conflicts knowledge and will have experience partnering with Fee Earners at all levels to advise on risk management.
