Hilary is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate and Commercial Team.

She acts on a number of corporate matters including disposals, acquisitions, joint venture and shareholder agreements, as well as advising clients on their day to day corporate arrangements and commercial contracts. Hillary also has experience in acting for both lenders and borrowers in real estate finance matters.
