Emma is the firm’s Risk and Compliance Director. She is responsible for advising the firm on its legal and regulatory obligations and leading the risk management function.
She has worked in the legal risk and compliance field for more than 10 years. Prior to joining Boodle Hatfield, Emma worked at Allen & Overy, Taylor Wessing and Slaughter and May.
Emma is responsible for advising the firm on all aspects of regulatory risk and compliance including professional conduct, financial crime legislation and data protection. Emma chairs the firm’s Risk Committee and works with the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, Partners and Directors to support the firm’s strategy with sound risk management and best practice.
