Boodle Hatfield elects Andrea Zavos as new Senior Partner

Boodle Hatfield, a leading private wealth and property firm has today announced it has elected Andrea Zavos as its new Senior Partner. Andrea will succeed Sara Maccallum, as of 1 May 2023.

Andrea is Head of the Private Client and Tax team and has been with the firm since 2014. In addition to taking on the mantle of Senior Partner, supported by the Management Committee, Andrea will maintain her top ranked contentious trusts and estates practice which is a core part of the firm’s growth strategy.

Andrea already sits on the firm’s Management Committee and has been instrumental in helping steer the firm through many years of sustained growth. Andrea has led the Private Client and Tax team for three years helping to cement its market-leading reputation.

Andrea will be taking over from Sara Maccallum who will be retiring from the firm as of the 30 April. Sara has been with the firm for over twenty years, eight of which she served as Senior Partner. During her term, Sara, an esteemed Commercial Tax lawyer, has driven great change and development. In the last 12 months, the firm celebrated its most successful financial year to date, its 300th year anniversary and the addition of three lateral partners. Prior to this standout performance, the firm showed sustained growth with a 38% increase in revenue and 113% increase in profit over the last six years.
