A ‘green’ lease blooms in Belgravia

A positive step in the right direction. Grosvenor, as one of the oldest landlords in the business has introduced a new 'green' form of lease.

Renowned florist, Pulbrook & Gould will run its flagship store on Buckingham Palace Road while monitoring its sustainability activity to reduce its environmental footprint. Other new tenants will quickly follow suit to allow Grosvenor to drive their sustainability initiatives forward.

The focus on reducing emissions as well as waste whilst including only no cost or low cost initiatives enables landlord and tenant to work together to create greener, healthier environments.

The “green” lease will now become the standard for new Grosvenor tenants and the landlord has said it will be adopted by existing occupiers over time.
