Leading construction lawyer, Sarah Rock joins Boodle Hatfield

Sarah Rock, a non-contentious construction and design lawyer has joined the Boodle Hatfield partnership. Sarah was previously at Fladgate LLP.
Sarah advises clients in relation to design and construction matters. She specialises in transactional advice relating to a range of developments, particularly sporting projects and digital construction.
Sarah is a leader in the field of BIM and digital twins, having published numerous papers as well as being a named contributor to the Chartered Institute Of Building’s Complex Projects Contract, having assisted with drafting of the BIM clauses and writing a chapter discussing the legal aspects of BIM for The Construction Manager’s BIM Handbook. She is regularly asked to speak on this topic as well as judge the BIM Show Live Awards.
